Amir Khan's hopes of landing the Floyd Mayweather fight on September 12 look to have faded with the pound-for-pound king still refusing to confirm his opponent.
However Khan believes Andre Berto has already been lined up and the 28-year-old doesn't see IBF welterweight world champion Kell Brook as an alternative for him later in the year, despite growing calls for that fight to be made.
However, the two-time former world champion feels that a mega-fight will come to fruition – but only when Brook proves himself against some of the biggest names in the division.
Khan compared a potential showdown with Brook – in the future – with that of Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, saying that the all-British clash could rake in upwards of £100m.
