I warm to Tyson Fury and think he's scored a psychological victory after Wladimir Klitschko's pull-out

You have to feel for poor Tyson Fury.
His world heavyweight title fight with Wladimir Klitschko has been postponed after the champion suffered an injury in training. For Fury it’s the third time he’s seen a major fight fall through after twice missing out on lucrative pay days against David Haye.
At this point I start to wonder whether maybe he is intimidating opponents slightly, because Klitschko’s pull-out came just 24 hours after the pair come face-to-face.
Hopefully, it looks like this fight will go ahead, just a little later than originally planned. But you have to say Fury can score a massive psychological victory from this because, in his own mind, he’ll think Klitschko has pulled out because he’s worried. Who knows, he may even be right.
Could this also be a sign that after a long career, Klitschko is starting to feel his body deteriorate?
I know Fury creates much debate about his antics, but I must say I like him and I enjoy watching him.
This week we had the infamous Batman press conference. I’ve been working on Sky for 26 years now and I thought I’d seen all there is to see in this sport, but that really was a first for me.
He’s a loose cannon, but when he is joking like this I see no problem with it.
Whether you like it, or think it’s pathetic you can’t ignore it. It does get people talking.
Most fighters want to argue and push their opponent around. Tyson does something completely different and people want to watch.
He does let himself down sometimes when he can get foul-mouthed, but generally I really warm to Tyson Fury.
It’s a real shame that it’s been postponed, but I’m sure when it does come around it’ll be a cracking fight for the fans to enjoy.
