WBO confirns winner to fight Luis Ortiz



World Boxing Association President Gilberto Mendoza Jr. is firm that his organization will order the winner of Anthony Joshua vs. Wladimir Klitschko to fight unbeaten contender Luis Ortiz (27-0, 23 KOs).
