A champion boxer who forced his way into his ex-girlfriends flat and grabbed her around the throat has been jailed.
Jammie Cox attacked Victoria Gribovskaja at her home in Lambeth,south London, in July last year.The swindon based WBC European Super middleweight tittle holder whof was overheard threating to knock out Ms.Gribovskaja has denied assault.Cox was sentenced to 26 weeks in prison for assault and harassment. Cox will be suspended from boxing for the duration of the sentence.
