Unable to defend his mandatory challenger Timothy Bradley Jr.has to vacate his welterweight world title .Timothy has another deal with Manny Pacquiao and he will be fighting him for the third time.His fight with Manny has a better deal in money and in views.He said it a painful decision for him to make and his fight with Manny comes up on April 9th.
